Andy has been involved with commercial real estate since starting out in his father Stu’s real estate business in 1982. He currently spearheads the planning and execution of new development and redevelopment projects for the Commercial Realty Group (CRG). He has been involved with asset purchases from private individuals and from domestic and international corporations such as Campbell’s Soup (Land), Siemens Electronics (Land), Travelers Insurance (Office Building), Arcon (Redevelopment Project) and Curtiss Wright (Redevelopment Project).
Andy has experience in real estate financing gained in the process closing several hundred million dollars worth of mortgage financing including construction and permanent loans. He has also worked with the CRG team to close reversions with private individuals, REITS such as American Health Properties and other prominent corporations including Cardinal Health, DLJ, Geneva Pharmaceuticals and Frito-Lay Corporation.
Andy earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration/Systems Analysis from Taylor University and his MBA in Financed from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He lives on his farm in Sussex County with his wife, Sheri, and their four children. Andy is an Elder of Covenant Reformed Church in Newton, New Jersey.

Mr. Billing has been involved in Commercial Realty Group property management, construction and maintenance activities since 1986 and recently assumed marketing and leasing responsibilities for two portfolio office buildings in Parsippany and Morristown, New Jersey. Mr. Billing has eleven years of property management experience and three years experience operating a landscaping and site maintenance business.
Mr. Billing obtained his real estate salesperson license in 1997. He has been involved in crafting numerous lease transactions since that time. Mr. Billing earned his Associates Degree in Landscaping from Morris County College in 1992.

James Hadrava is the Founder, President and CEO of Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. (CRA). Mr. Hadrava brings 35 years of sales and marketing experience to CRA including 22 years as a licensed commercial real estate broker and 13 years of corporate sales with IBM. Mr. Hadrava personally assists his clients with their real estate needs: planning, purchasing, leasing, disposition, analysis and evaluation. His clients include major Northern New Jersey companies such as AT&T Wireless Services, United Parcel Service, Travelers Insurance, Foster Wheeler, Atlantic Health System, Hoffman LaRoche Vitamins and Fine Chemicals, C.E. Lummus, Verizon Wireless and numerous small to mid-sized companies.
Mr. Hadrava has negotiated and closed over 2,000,000 square feet of industrial and over 1,400,000 square feet of office sale, lease and build-to-suit transactions for major corporations with an aggregate value of over $300,000,000

James D. Jones is the partner responsible for new project acquisition, marketing and leasing at Commercial Realty Group. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings extensive market knowledge to the acquisition and stabilization of CRG assets and the negotiation of portfolio leases. Current projects include the redevelopment of a two-building, 185,000 sq.ft. Class “A” office park in Parsippany, New Jersey. Recently completed projects include the redevelopment of a 400,000 sq. ft. warehouse building in Essex County, New Jersey, approval of a three-building, 170,000 sq. ft. flex park in Essex County, approval of a four-building, 275,000 sq. ft. flex park in Somerset County, and the redevelopment of a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse building in Middlesex County.
In addition to his real estate activity, Mr. Jones holds the degree Doctor of Musical Arts and the Performer’s Certificate from the Eastman School of Music in pipe organ performance, pedagogy and musicology, and is the organist and a trustee of Calvary Presbyterian Church in East Amwell, New Jersey.

Matthew Kramlick is President of Commercial Electrical Contracting, Inc. Matthew has over 17 years experience as an electrician. He completed Electrical Trades coursework at Somerset County Technical Institute in 1993 and has been a licensed electrician since 1994.
Commercial Electrical Contracting is responsible for all Commercial Realty Group electrical work including tenant improvements, site lighting, systems furniture wiring, and the installation of backup electrical generating systems. Now in its fifth year of business, CEC has expanded to XX full and part-time employees working throughout Northern and Central New Jersey on behalf of third-party commercial and residential clients.

Harry A. Seidman founded Commercial Finance Group, Inc. (CFG) in 1987 in order to share his 20 years of bank financing and development experience with those interested in pursuing complex real estate and business transactions. Mr. Seidman is directly involved with all of Commercial Finance Group, Inc.’s projects, having achieved a successful track record developing and turning around troubled properties and businesses. Specifically, through CFG, Mr. Seidman engages in commercial mortgage financing, commercial real estate development, workouts, and general strategic planning.
Mr. Seidman resides in Florida and is an active member of his community, focusing on child advocacy organizations.

Michael J. Walsh is President of Corporate Contracting, Inc. (CCI) Mr. Walsh has construction industry experience spanning 21 years.
Mr. Walsh works with Andrew Billing to manage site / shell redevelopment and interior tenant work on CRG construction projects. For CRG, Mr. Walsh has successfully renovated a 65,000 sq.ft. office building in Morristown, New Jersey and completed tenant improvements for corporations such as Foster Wheeler, Travelers Insurance and Houghton Mifflin Company, among many others.
